BeefLedger BBQ Skewers in Yangchun China

For Chinese New Year, I traveled to Yangchun, a small city of 880,000 people in southern Guangdong Province in China with my partner, to visit her family.
During this trip, I was invited to join with my partner and her cousins in a very informal gathering for a barbeque of skewers outside her grandmother’s house.
I captured the preparation of the skewers using Aussie rump steak supplied by BeefLedger and then later the cooking of these skewers and passing them around to capture some feedback from the family.
