Honesty and professionalism
As a professional IT consultant for over 12 years, I have worked for several organisations. More often than not I have been unimpressed with the service and even the honesty provided by many IT service providers. Personally and professionally I believe that success comes through quality of service.
My passion is understanding my customers real requirements and not substituting a technical or ‘geeky’ interpretation and running off on a tangent. I have always set exceptional standards in service delivery and consulting and will continue to do so.
To achieve these results, it goes without saying that commitment, appropriate attitudes and understanding and appreciation of the business requirements are fundamental. I understand and demonstrate the highest level of commitment to every project and task I am involved and am committed to providing a transparent service to all of my customers.
I strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and utilise my broad skill set to get the job done no matter the obstacles presented.
